It's Official

I have definitely decided it is time for me to upgrade my ancient installation of PostgreSQL. I will continue to provide version 7.0 on my old server for the time being, but eventually that server will be shut down...or more likely the hard drive will probably die (wow it's old!)

If you have an existing PostgreSQL database and want to migrate it to the new server I will try to accomodate that too
